A guide to getting information from the Swedish government and organizations.
A bit outdated by now (you can stumble upon 'myndigheter' that no longer exist) but in general the information is good. I liked the first chapter the most: not only does it tell you what your rights are, it also provides answers to frequent excuses one gets while trying to tease some information out. And the answers usually have a reference to the particular law.
Pretty easy language-wise.
